We’re big advocates for environmental sustainability. From the containers we purchase to the lighting we use, we bring new ideas and concepts to our green goals. We also focus on gaining full traceability of our supply chains, from farm to fork, by sharing information about our partner vendors and local farmers to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • We are committed partners to the Food for Free program in the Boston area<\/li>
  • We partner with the Green Restaurant Association<\/li>
  • We use recyclable and compostable packaging and compostable straws<\/li>
  • We use paper that has a lower environmental footprint<\/li>
